Super easy! Just finely dice and mix the following in equal ratio:
- zucchini
- cucumber
- red onion
- green and red bell pepper
Mix vegetables and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix a small amount of vinegar, fresh mint leaf, fresh basil leaf to dress the mixture.
Naturally sweet, delicious - enjoy!
