- red peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- extra-virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Place the peppers directly onto the fire / burners. Cook the peppers, turning frequently, until they are charred on all sides.
- Put the peppers into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let them steam for about 15 minutes.
- Peel, stem, and seed the peppers
- cut them into wide strips
- place the pepper strips into a mason jar
- Mix with garlic, salt and pepper
- pour olive oil to cover
Serve in any dish or alone! Delicious.
