Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh berries; sliced if needed
- 1 tablespoon organic dehydrated cane juice
- 1 tablespoon milled flax seed
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Mix flax seed and yogurt in a cup or bowl
- Place fruit on top of yogurt mixture
- Shake cane juice on top
- Serve immediately
